The Empty House

Red Rose Suspense/Thriller

In an empty house a bit far from the city, or rather in a slightly remote village. it looks like a small family that has just moved to the house a few days is being visited by guests who are a husband and wife, they both are friends to the head of the family namely Jett Rink. They are named Bick Benedict and Liz Taylor. They were currently chatting in the living room while Jett Rink's two daughters were upstairs.

" Your house is very beautiful, how much did you buy it for? " Bick Benedict asked Jett Rink.

" It's not expensive, I bought this house at a much cheaper price with Mr. Richard Stevenson, an elderly entrepreneur. Luckily there is this house so it can save our budget, You know finding a house as large as this is really hard, with our two daughters growing up. " Jett Rink said.

" Yes, I understand, but this house is beautiful, isn't it Liz? " Bick asked his wife.

" It's beautiful, do you like it? So save a lot of money and buy a house like this too. " Liz answered.

" Yes, I'll think about buying a new house later. " Bick answered Liz Taylor's words.

" Yolanda, can I go to the kitchen? I want to drink plain water. " Liz asked Yolanda Rink, Jett Rink's beautiful wife.

"'Where's the kitchen? " This time Liz asked Yolanda again while lifting her back from the sofa.

" The kitchen is on the left there, just go, there's no one there. " Yolanda said as her index finger pointed towards the kitchen, then Liz continued towards the kitchen as Yolanda pointed out.

" By the way where are your children? " Bick asked as he looked around the house, looking for where Grace and Courtney were because he felt the house was quiet without the sound of the children.

" My children were upstairs, probably sleeping because they were tired of helping us clean up the things earlier. " Jett said.

After being in the kitchen, Liz continued to open the fridge but the fridge didn't turn on so Liz looked for the fridge wire, after she found it it turned out that the fridge wire was not installed. Liz turned on the switch and opened the fridge again, suddenly a woman came out of the fridge and ran fast, causing Liz to fall. Liz had goosebumps on her neck, she was so scared she immediately got up and went to her husband.

" What's wrong Liz? " Bick asked, surprised to see Liz's terrified face.

" Bick, let's go home. Yolanda, Jett, we're both going home because we have urgent business. " Liz said to Yolanda and Jett.

" What business? " Bick who didn't understand Liz's sudden change of behavior asked Liz.

" I'll tell you later in the car, come on! " Liz Taylor said, like it or not, Bick was forced to follow Liz's words.

" Jett, Yolanda, Liz and I have to go, see you later. " Bick said goodbye to Jett and Yolanda.

" All right, be careful on the road! " Jett said while waving his hand, the husband and wife rushed out of the house. Yolanda who saw Liz's strange behavior felt strange.

" Darling, what's going on with Liz huh? She looks like she's scared. " Yolanda said while Jett just shrugged his shoulders as a sign of not knowing anything.

Meanwhile, Liz, who was in the car with Bick, who was driving the car, told about the scary incident that happened at Jett Rink's house. Bick who heard Liz's story was shocked and a little hard to believe about such a thing.

" Yes, I didn't see it wrong. The house is really haunted! "Liz said in a slightly loud and frightened voice.

" No wonder the house was sold at a cheap price, it turned out that there was something wrong with the house. We have to tell Jett and Yolanda! " Bick said.

" I don't think so, it's useless if we tell them, they won't believe it. You yourself know that Jett doesn't believe in spirits. " Liz said while looking at Bick's face

" Bick asked, suddenly felt something in the back seat of his car, Bick and Liz tried to look behind at the same time, there was a woman with an ugly face and wormy look at both of them, Liz and Bick were shocked and screamed in fear so that the car that Bick was driving lost control, they both had a serious accident.

Meanwhile at Jett Rink's house, It looks like Jett and Yolanda's first child, 17 year old Grace, is helping her 5 year old youngest sister store decoration things in the dresser.

" Courtney, I put this decoration here, okay? " Grace said as she held a beautiful decoration, she placed it on the dresser.

" Okay! " Little Courtney replied, then Yolanda appeared at the door, she saw what her two daughters were doing.

" What are you doing, my children? " Yolanda asked, she smiled.

" We are storing decorations, mom. " The cute Courtney answered Yolanda's question, then Yolanda came close to Courtney and gently stroked Courtney's head.
