Sydney grew up in a large mansion with servants. Despite only having servants around, she didn't feel lonely growing up because she always got everything she wanted just by asking. But there was one wish she had that never seemed to come true, no matter how much she wished for it, and that was to be with her brother Vince, who was always in another country because of his job. He would only visit occasionally, usually just on her birthday, so she felt like he didn't really care about her. That's why, on her 18th birthday, she was determined, and she cried and begged him to take her with him to another country so they wouldn't be separated anymore. But she was surprised when her brother Vince suddenly kissed her and acted out of character that night. She cried herself to sleep that night, especially when her brother Vince caused a scene in the mansion the next day and yelled at all the servants. But what she didn't expect were the words that came out of his mouth. "Stop crying, Sydney; we're not blood-related. You are not my biological sibling. You're just adopted."
