L.A. Renee Suspense/Thriller

One night when Rosaline returns home from a date she finds her abusive ex boyfriend standing outside her door. She ends up running away from him only for him to chase her until she comes up on a hill and trips, falling down and hitting her head at the end on a large rock that had been laying on the side of the street. She tries to crawl away but ends up passing out after becoming extremly dizzy, moments later she comes to and freaks out when she notices she being carried to her apartment by someone but after realizing it isn't her ex she relaxes and falls back asleep.

The next day she wakes up in her bed with a note and a map with a circle drawn on it on the bedside table next to her:
