The Asters of Ogaza

Zina has become an Aster and moved into the Royal Palace like her mother wanted. But the blood thirsty hands of the war- that separated Ogaza into North and South- took her mother from her, not letting her live long enough to be proud of her daughter.
Meeting fellow Aster, Amare was the cold shower on a sunny day as he also seeks his mother and sister who disappeared after the war. Refuting the theories of them being dead, Amare's surety in them being alive is all the spark Zina needs to burn.
Despite the death penalty attached to crossing the Obsidian—the forbidden cave that seperates the North from the South—the two plot to find their parents in the South. Do they succeed? Is Amare telling the truth?
