“I like to squeeze my woman’s breast and leave bruises on her hips as I pound into her so hard she will still feel me for a week after I’m done… I’m sure there are a few women out there longingly staring at their phones hoping for a call from me. But no one is suffering withdrawal symptoms because I never stay long enough for anyone to get addicted.”

Trick’ s priorities have centered on his family for so long, it’s the only thing he knows. He has never bothered with serious relationships. Just never had the interest. That is, until Nadiya waltzed into his life with her little daughter, desperate for help.
Nadiya is smart and has trouble written all over her, and Trick? He wants her, regardless of all his rational thoughts.

Nadiya hates asking for help. She has never had to rely on anyone her whole life. But when nothing stands between her skull and a bullet, Nadiya suddenly realizes having a family is not such a bad idea after all. And If Trick just happens to trigger every nerve in her body, well, that just makes life a little more interesting, doesn’t it?

With a professional killer hell bent on putting them all 6ft in the ground, Trick and Nadiya have to figure out if it’s just the adrenaline, or they have something real going on. Preferably before someone dies.

Chapter 88

Nadiya slowly lifted her head off her fluffy pillow, being mindful not to make any sudden movements that could wake up Trick, who was still soundly asleep next to her. She gently took a peek at him and saw that he was still snoring softly, his mouth slightly open, and his chest rising and falling in a steady rhythm.
