He put his finger under my chin and forced me to look up at him.
“Why won’t you look at me?” He asked.
“I don’t know.” I stuttered out. My heart was racing and my breath was getting caught in my throat.
He grabbed me by the hand and he pulled me up so I was standing in front of him.
He leaned forward and used his hand to brush a bit of my hair out of my face as he stared into my eyes.
He then pulled me closer to him so we were chest to chest. I could feel his warm breath on my face and he leaned down, using one of his hands to force my face up to meet his.
As our lips slowly met, it almost felt like fireworks erupting.

After a week-long stay in the hospital, I was eager to get out of there. The only problem was that we didn't have a home to return to. So, Landon and I had to stay in the spare room at Harper and Hayden’s house.
It was a little cramped, but it was the best we could do, and I was just glad they were off……
