Atlas Wylde is the ruthless and powerful alpha of Titan Mountain Pack, one of the strongest packs in the country. His pack is one of the only ones blessed by Ares, the God of War. At 28 years old, Atlas has not found his mate. He has had many lovers, but none satisfy him. He needs his mate. Atlas is an old-fashioned male and believes his mate belongs at home birthing pups and taking care of the home. He doesn't allow females in his pack to train.
Griffin Lockhart is one of the strongest warriors in the country. Her brain for battle strategy is well known throughout the allied packs. Most assume she is male because of her name. Griffin has never had the desire to settle down and raise pups. She would rather train to become one of the king's royal elite warriors. She has also been asked to be the gamma and head warrior for the future king.
At the annual Alpha summit, Atlas meets his fated mate, Griffin. The two clash immediately, and both strive to change the other's mind of values and life. Griffin defies Atlas every chance she gets.
When Atlas finally drives Griffin to leave. He learns the truth about their fated pairing and has to win back his mate or lose everything.
