THE RULES OF MISTLETOE
The trauma of betrayal turns Elisa's love for the holidays into a deep hate for them. After leaving the small town she grew up in to pursue her dreams of becoming a renowned designer, she vowed never to return.
Five years later, her old and sickly grandma called her up, requesting one last Christmas with her entire family. Despite all her hesitation, Elisa loves her grandmother very much, so she accepts to return to the place she vowed never to return to, the little place the country knows during the holidays as Mistletoe City.
Leon, a music rockstar who is quirky around the edges, lonely, and not used to being around people during the holidays, finds having a family holiday fascinating until he meets Elisa, who is determined to scrunch her face and roll her eyes around every single activity planned by the family.
Leon is determined to discover what happened to Elisa, not because he is interested, but because she is ruining his perfect holiday.
It is a cocktail for funny situations, embarrassing meet-cutes, and a flourishing love that comes together by following the rules of the Mistletoe.
How many kisses will it take under the Mistletoe to get over betrayal? How many kisses can be stolen without stealing the other's heart? How much mistletoe could this city hold that Elisa's heart could be healed by the end of the holiday? Let's see if Elisa and Leon can figure that one out!
