Even Rosalia could see how childish her rejection was, as there was no way out of this, but living under the tight confines of her step-mother for so long the rebelliousness was long due. And Rafael's steel control over himself was no sign if she'd ever live a day without having to hold her breath until the other shoe dropped. With time though, as Rafael's gentle coaxing, she begins to see him in a better light.
