Ifrit woke up in a cold prison, naked and with no recollection of what happened to him to end up there. He remembered a sharp, agonizing pain, then the shock of his body hitting a cold body of water. However, as he escaped from his predicament, he found that things would get even worse.
The Hellish Incursion had started, and it had been three years since the tragic event on the Bridge to Summinat.
Thus, Ifrit resolved to try and find out what happened during the three years he was out, along with the explanation of why the Hellish Incursion wasn't as successful as everyone thought to be. By time, he would slowly found the corrupting nature of demons and what it would do to him.
On the other side of the story, Lilac continued her own adventure after Ifrit, still clinging on his memories. She became involved with the preparations of a war that could possibly determine the fate of the surface world, along with the surprises from her past and even family member.
