THE NIGHT WE GOT STUCKby 🎀 Cassie 🎀One storm. Two strangers. One night that changed everything.Aria wasn't looking for love. She was trying to forget the boy who taught her that sometimes, the people who claim to love you can hurt you the most. After leaving her old school behind, she hopes college will give her the fresh start she desperately needs. No more cruel jokes. No more embarrassing memories. No more people who make her feel like she's never enough. Then there's Adrian.Arrogant, annoyingly charming, and far too good at getting under her skin, he's the last person Aria needs complicating her life. Their first meeting is nothing special—or at least, that's what they tell themselves.Until the rain begins.Trapped together in a closed convenience store, with nowhere to go and no distractions to hide behind, two strangers find themselves talking longer than they should. Sarcastic remarks turn into unexpected laughter. Uncomfortable silences become something neither knows how to explain.By morning, they'll walk away pretending the night meant nothing. But some moments refuse to stay in the past.College brings new friendships, jealousies, secrets, unexpected rivalries, and feelings neither Aria nor Adrian is prepared to face. And just when Aria begins to believe she can trust someone again, Adrian starts acting like the night they shared never happened. She falls first. He denies it longest. And neither of them understands that the hardest part of falling in love isn't the beginning—it's deciding whether the other person is worth the risk.Because sometimes, the storm isn't what traps you.Sometimes, it's the person you meet while waiting for it to end.Welcome to the night we got stuck. 🎀
