HIDE
LGBT-Secret Lover writing contest.
This story is about a young C.E.O who had everything anyone could ever ask for except love. Over the years, Edward Wilson Jr. owner of the EW group of companies had focused on nothing more than being successful and trying hard to gain the acceptance of his unappreciative father who never saw his hard work but kept his attention on the flaws of Edward. Morningstar Edward Wilson Snr. was a terrible, unnecessarily, strict, fanatic and perfectionist, subduing and subjecting Edward Jnr. to a particular way of life. Amongst Edward's siblings; a younger brother and two older sisters, he was the most successful and pure in spirit. But he wasn't a complete saint because his past haunted him causing him to be irrational and just like his father, he turned out to be a perfectionist.
One faithful day, Edward Jnr. unexpectedly fired his secretary because of a little mistake. He replaced the position for some reason with a clumsy, unorganised, goofy but cute, caring and lovely Brandon who he met under the most unfriendly circumstance. Still worried that he might have lost a love interest, the unexpected happened. Edward Jnr. did not only fall in love with Brandon but, through his feelings for Brandon, he discovered that the problem wasn't with his heart but with who his heart had chosen to love. The feeling and signs had been there all along but he ignored them, choosing to HIDE his true self.
Will Edward and Brandon's love survive the test of time?
