I had no idea whether to be mad or hurt as I looked at the man standing before me. He was probably the most selfish jerk I'd ever met in my entire life.
"You want me to stay with your mistress in the same house?" I echoed his proposal.
It sounded ridiculous and I was pretty sure he knew that. How was I supposed to live with my husband's mistress under the same roof and not try to kill them both?
"You want my help, don't you?" He questioned.
My jaws clenched, my hands fallling on my still not-showing baby bump. I took a deep breath, exhaled and tried to remain calm. This was not what I'd wanted or wished for and yet here I was, paying the price for my husband still being in love with his highschool sweetheart.
