"I told you to stay away from me. Are you so dense that you don't understand simply warnings?" Ian glared down at her, anger and irritation evident in his voice.
"But i wasn't following you." Camelia blinked at him, innocently which only angered him more.
He walked closer while Camelia backed away till her back hit the tree bark. Ian placed his hands on the side of the tree, caging her in between.
"Tell me..." Ian tilted his head to the side. "Were you following the squirrels?" he asked, his cold, green eyes piercing into her blue ones.
Camelia smiled nervously, nodding.
Ian's already dark aura turned intensified when he heard her reply.
He grabbed her jaw, bringing his face closer to her own.
"Are you calling me a squirrel?" he asked, his voice dropping dangerously low.
