“Nik”, I whispered, my heart aching with the tales of his darkest pain. “You do not have to take this upon yourself. I do not want you to do something that will draw you further into the darkness”.
I watched him take a deep breath, his pupils alternating between black and hazy. He slowly raised his head and fixed me with a gaze so fierce that my heartbeat accelerated.

Zoe Moore was abused and betrayed by the one person whom she gave up everything for and because of that, she was stripped of her title as the heir of an alpha, demoted to the rank of an Omega, and kicked out of her Pack. In a twist of fate, her paths cross with Niklaus Gustavo, the Lycan King who rules over the whole Pack in Tennessee.
