Princess Rebecca Colton knows all too well that life is no fairy tale. Unable to reject her, for fear that it would cause her pain, every time his mate enjoys her married life, Fredrick feels physical and emotional pain. Fredrick is in no position for a second chance mate, and he has no desire to be with the many women who would fall at the handsome prince's feet. But then he meets Princess Rebecca, she is a beauty, but her attitude and smart mouth annoy him. However, he finds himself flitting between wanting to kill her and needing to kiss her.
