She chuckled. With a cracked voice, she answered once again. "I never slept with ease. Not because I am scared but because I have an unfinished business that was left hanging for the next day. I still have to plan everything in my mind before I could sip my morning coffee and without thinking of who's I'm going to kill next. I lost my count, already!"

"Care for a change? I mean, you can stay away from people that wronged you. Stop dealing with them, leave them to God." he suggested, with an innocent eye.

"Stop dragging God with us, he has nothing to do with my ordeal. It's my personal vendetta. No one can change my mind, even you."

"Don't let your anger, consumes you, Jera..." he said. His eyes seem to speak to her inner soul. But she won't even bulge with that.
