The Stargate Program has long existed in the shadows upon Earth, but because of circumstances it will finally have light shone upon it. Destiny has long been in dire straights, and the last few battles have taxed it to the breaking point. The three year plan is about to go up in smoke, as Eli struggles to ensure not only he, bit the entire ship survives. Desperate for repairs, he finds the most pecuilar thing in an unexplored section of the ship. Back on Earth, things are about to become very interesting when the newest enemy arrives. Rules and factions they never suspected exist, and they have been breaking them for longer than they knew. How will they handle an enemy they never expected to encounter? What will their demands be when they finally make contact?
