Melodie does everything in her power to get Jax\'s attention. Even if it means hurting him with her words, it is clear Jax wants her, but for some reason, he fights it. As a navy seal, and his commander been Melodie\'s father, Jax has too many issues to give in to his wants and needs. Instead, he indulges in women who look just like Melodie but finds it impossible to ever feel better. Melodie gets fed up with the life she has in her dad and Jax\'s shadow and begins taking risks. Only those risks pull her into a case that is deadly and seeks revenge on her father. Jax keeps pulling her to safety and slowly finds himself unable to live without her. When he finally gives in though, it isn\'t easy. Their old ways are hard to forget and move on from, so they find themselves continually fighting for each other attention even while getting it. After feeling rejected again by Jax, Melodie walks out, booking a play date with two men at the local club. Jax is sure she is doing it as a way to make him give in and won\'t go through with it. Only he soon walks in to see she was and can\'t handle the thought of another man touching her.

Diogo stands talking to Bear, they need to leave soon. His eyes scan the room for Melodie, they left for a bit to talk business. His eyes fall on Melodie, a gasp escaping his mouth. This won't end well.
