"Mate is near", Alaric my werewolf howled inside of me
The commemoration party of Dave as the new alpha of wheatstone pack is actually the worst party ever. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that the mate I had waited for all this years actually turned out to be Dave, the soon to be Alpha of the wheatstone pack.
I had never liked Dave even for a second, for he was a man fulll of disgust, pride and arrogance. Seeing that I couldn't give him the lustful desire he craved for, he rejected me in front of thousands of people as his mate and banished me away from the territory, even with my shattered arm.
Alaric my werewolf suddenly went silent, and the shattered arm injury inflicted on me by Dave at our first fight completely refused to heal as usual. I went off to the other territory a complete weakling, as i couldn't protect myself with my two arms, talk more of shifting to my wolf phase.
At my vulnerable state, I fell a victim of adoption in another territory, and the worst part was that I was unable to shift and protect myself, as my wolf phase had left me on my own world.
" What could be my fate?", I thought to myself

I splashed some water on my face and washed the putrid taste from my mouth. I had been throwing up non stop and I had a feeling I was with a child.
