I looked at the man in front of me, the man I promised that I will just use him for the rest of our marriage, I looked at his eyes.
“Katya,” he whispered. The sound of my name that came from his mouth sounds so angelic. I almost felt his whispers clinging into my ears.
“Why?”
“We need to talk baby,” he said. I looked at him with disbelief and shook my head.
“We don’t have anything to talk about anymore, Eren,” I replied. My voice was as cold as ice, I felt like my old self suddenly resurrected.
“Please, Katya,”
“No, stop it can you? Hindi kita minahal, I already told you that,” galit na sagot ko sa kanya. Agad naman siyang umiling at lumuhod sa harapan ko. Seryoso ko siyang dinungaw sa baba habang ma higpit ang yakap niya sa hita ko.
“Stop begging, Eren. This isn’t you, you are known as the most ruthless mafia boss and now you are begging to be loved by a woman who can’t even look on you,”
“Please baby,”
“f**k it Eren! Ayoko na nga!”
“Please, can’t you love me? Katya, I am begging you please,” kung anong higpit ng kaninang yakap niya sa binti ko ay mas lalo pang humigpit ngayon na parang ayaw na niya akong pakawalan.
“I can’t, I am just using you, Eren! Wake up!”
“Use me then! Use me until I no longer serve my purpose for you, and maybe even just a little you will love me after,” tuma tangis nitong sagot.
Seryoso ko siyang tinignan.
“Can you do something for me? I promise, I will come back to you,” seryosong sambit ko rito. Pinunasan niya naman ang luha sa mata niya at tinignan ako.
“What is it baby? Anything,” he said those words like his life depends on it.
“Kill your parents for me,” I said without blinking and immediately turned my back on him, leaving him there dumbfounded.
