“I…” she says, gaping like a fish.
“Are you really going to let some ignorant morons decide who you should be fated to or not? Do I mean that little to you?” I question, the hurt and anger rising in my voice.
“I’m sorry,” she whispers, once again hanging her head.
I kneel on the bed, clasping her head in my hands – feeling currents of electricity shoot through my hands – and force her to look at me, “I don’t want ‘sorry’, I want to hear you accept me. I want to hear you say, f**k everyone else, they can all rot in hell as long as we have each other. I need you to say that,” I beg, tears filling my eyes. I hear her gulp and watch the tears pool in her chestnut eyes, “I love you, Sorrell. I think it was love at first kick,” I tell her, and she lets out a strained laugh as her eyes remain glassy from unshed tears, “I was certain after that day we met that you were my soulmate, and I wasn’t wrong. I’m begging you to give us a chance. Forget about everyone else, I don’t care what anyone says, I want you, I need you, please.”

Bite-Size Luna is a prequel set 49 years before the events of A Queen Among Alphas, this can be read as a stand-alone book but terms and characters will make more sense if you've read book 1 in the Queen Among Series.
Born an Omega, Sorrell came into the world with very few prospects in life but refused to let those stand in her way. For as long as she could remember she has dreamed of being a pack warrior, wanting to fight for her pack and prove that Omegas are more than just servants.
