Bending My Straight Boss
READING AGE 18+
The ups of being Dario Russo's personal assistant?
I get to spend every day looking at the most unfairly attractive man I've ever seen in perfectly tailored suits, watching his sleeves roll up to reveal the tattoos on his forearms, and pretending I don't have a very active—and more than occasionally inappropriate—imagination.
The downs?
Dario Russo is arrogant, cold, emotionally unavailable, impossible to read, and, most importantly, straight as an arrow. Unfortunately, that hasn't stopped me from fantasizing about him for the past nine months.
And apparently, keeping my fantasies to myself has become too much work. One conversation in Dario's office starts innocently enough. Then I tell him he's hot. I tell him that his looks are one of the reasons I've managed to survive working for him for nine months. Then, because apparently I have no self-preservation whatsoever, I tell him exactly what I imagine when I look at his lips, his body, and those damn tattoos.
Dario doesn't fire me. He listens.
And that's when things get dangerous.

I blame him. Completely.
So I avoid him. For days. Until he decides to resign.
That won't f*****g do.
He's the best P.A. I've ever had, and I'm not about to lose him over one inappropriate conversation. So I go to his office. I expect an argument. Instead, I find myself asking a question I never thought I'd ask anyone.
"I have a question."
"Ask."
"If I kissed you and realized I didn't like it... would you quit?"
The silence that follows is brutal.
And the look on Alessandro's face tells me he's just as f*****g shocked as I am.
Unfold
Dario’s point of view.
It's been five wonderful years since I pulled my head out of my ass and begged for forgiveness, and since then, I did everything in my power to make it up to him and bring only smiles to his gorgeous face.
And today I hope I'll put another one.
