It’s a land on the out skirts of the city; with a small motel and a nursing hospital nearby.
The condition of the hospital is not that much great. With broken and damaged walls we could easily the quality of treatment being given her.
In one of her rooms a doctor and two nurses are standing around a bed. Doctor is opening the face bandage of the patient.
The bandage comes off and one of the nurses gasps seeing the patient’s face.
“What?” The female patient asks in a tired and broken tone seeing the nurse’s reaction. The nurse shakes her head in denial but the lady steps down from the bed and makes her way to the mirror on one of the walls of the room. The doctor tries to stop her but she yanks her hand away.
“Natasha! Please stop…” comes in Chairman Ryan’s voice trying to stop her daughter from seeing herself but she keeps on moving.
Once near the mirror, she slows raises her eyes to see herself.
After sometime her cries stop. She wipes away her tears, picks herself up and faces the mirror again.
“Natasha do…’ her father tries to stop her but she signals him to stay where he is.
Touching her face, she looks straight into the mirror. Her eyes filled with sorrow and pain. Then suddenly her eyes turn dark and that famous evil smirk makes its way back to her face.
Its clear from her eyes that her obsession is back in its place but this time its mixed with the evil desire of revenge.
This is not a story of a hero it's a story of a villain, an obsessed star who goes to limits of doing anything to get her love. She will be plotting and scheming evil against the hero and will be making sure that no one comes in her way to Ray Mathew.

Ray Mathew the king of hearts but never gave Natasha the attention seeks because he is never serious about any relationship until a young doctor takes his heart a way in just first meeting.
