20- year-old Janet has known her mate since she was 7 and he was 17. She’d always adored ‘Nicky’ and though too young to understand exactly what the mate bond entailed, she was always inexplicably happy to see him whenever he came to visit. However, when she turned 10, those visits stopped completely.
Now that Janet is going into her final year of University, she’s been summoned. As if she were a doll one could dictate around. After a lot of pushing and pulling, her mother and brothers finally convince her to apply for a year abroad through her university exchange program and go be with her mate.
But if her mate thinks she’ll come quietly, he’s got another thing coming. He can’t just ignore her for nearly a decade and then expect her to be his devoted Luna.

Nick Clayton was simply a duke in the werewolf kingdom in England when he met Janet. Because like the English humans, the werewolves also maintained their monarchy. But when the werewolf king passes away, the crown is passed to Nick at the age of 20 through his late mother. With a huge burden on his shoulders, a kingdom to rule and a stepmother constantly berating his poor performance, Nick’s had a lot on his plate.
