THE GIFT OF SLEEPING AND WAKING UP! It's seems like a mystery to me, I woke up this morning and just as it has been my daily routine to observe my quiet time but before I could even start, a single wave of thought danced through my brain cells jumping from one cell to another, I must say it had a tingling sensation. The thought was, how does an individual sleeps and wakes up everyday??, I was surprised at such a thought but I carefully natured the thought in my mind. I would like to say that life is very precious and important. We are all living in such a fast world that we sometimes forget what it really means to be alive 🙏life is linked with time. After my quiet time I came to the conclusion that no one can give the intricate explanation to how an individual sleeps and wakes, although science has several publications on such topics but I am of the opinion that life is from God and time is it's reward. I would like to encourage you to develop the habit of always thanking God for your life every morning because only a man/woman who is alive can work, eat, sing, chase goals etc. Lastly life is bounded by time, make use of this precious gift given to you by God.
