Dreign Saludo is a former Philippines Special Forces and a bankrupt retail owner living in Manila. After passing out from a headache, he wakes up in the hospital where the two doctors tell him and his pregnant wife Allie that he has an inoperable tumor. A nurse offers him a business card for Laban Fund, a company that supposedly helps those with terminal illnesses that are financially struggling.

Dreign visits Laban Fund and meets the CEO of the company. What was supposed to be a loan turns out to be him being offered a deal: for 72 hours, Dreign will be a player to hunt for six other players that will try to kill him. In exchange, he will have money wired to his bank account for every player he kills.

But, the players are not to be underestimated, despite the fact that he’s a special forces soldier doesn't give him advantage over players who are also elite soldiers coming from all around the world, determined to win the prize money.

The rules are simple: No stopping or pause once it starts, he cannot tell anyone he’s in the game; and the battlefield will only take place in the National Capital Region and can’t leave the region until the duration of the game. If he breaks the rules, the game will never end until he dies.

With a promise to give his family a financially secure life. Dreign participated.

Will he be the hunter that will prey on others? Or will he be the prey that will be hunted upon?
