It all started in Mexico, Tijuana 2008GC.
A mafia group called Sinaloa Cartel was lead by two guy best friends who called eachother 'Hermano' for quite a long time. They both were equally boss to the group until the older one called Joe Capone, got shot in the shooting with the federal police after an art theft at the streets of Avenida Revolución. However none of the members expected the younger boss Alferdo Luciano wanted to control the empire that was mostly built by Joe Capone. However any of the mobster didn't dare to stand for the other boss rather watched Alferdo blow his brains out. Most of them guessed right, why he killed his dear friend. It was the wife, the wife of Joe. It took him more than 3 years to put her in his arms.
