Nico has been forcing himself on Zarina for a long time. In Zarina's extreme desperation, she took the hand of the man she had just seen standing there and introduced him as her boyfriend. The man was so surprised but when he felt Zarina's nervousness from her hand he defended her. Zarina didn't expect he'll do that so she looked at him in confusion and there she noticed that he was a very handsome man.
