When her mother dies, she blames her father and moves out. Finding out that living on her own was more than she expected, she needs help.
Brian was a young boy when he fell in love with a little girl living in a large, big house. Her father forbade their contact, and he vowed revenge. But when he finds the young girl living paycheck to paycheck, he doesn’t know if revenge is really what he wants.
Unwilling to live together and unable to stay apart, the two must find a middle ground where their love can cover both racial and financial barriers and everything else life throws at them.
