Jenny smiled and nodded that she was following along, and so I continued, “All of the first floor apartments are one bedroom, one bathroom. The second floor apartments have one bedroom and a loft, and two bathrooms, and all of the apartments have an open kitchen and living room with sliding doors to balconies or porches facing the pool.”

Jenny broke eye contact and looked around my apartment. There really was only the open kitchen and living room to see before she observed, “These apartments really have a nice bungalow feeling to them.”

“Thank you, I try.” I answered

“So, I saw that you have an available apartment,” She asked sweetly as she pursed her lips and watched me ogle her p***y as she recrossed her legs.

Scanning her predatorily, I decided I would definitely rent the apartment to her! As an afterthought I looked down at her left hand and saw her wedding ring as it caught the light and sparkled, and I sighed.
