"Well, my name is Ace, or Alexander or even Alex, whichever you prefer. I am the Alpha of the Diamond Moon pack and you love, will be its next Luna." I was trying to start some sort of a conversation with her to lighten the mood.
"I... I... I can't. I'm sorry alpha... I can't be your Luna." She said through tears streaming down her face. "I'm sorry." She whispered and looked down.
"Why, you are my mate. The moon Goddess chose you for me. Why would you reject me?" I questioned fighting back tears as soon as the word 'reject' left mt lips.
"I'm so sorry..." she said again and turned around and took off.
