What happens when the world as you know it changes into something entirely unknown? Primrose found herself in a precarious situation when a fateful accident caused her to bear the scar of death. The end of her graceful life didn't seem to be set in stone as a turn of events somehow brought Primrose into the world where shifters roamed the earth and creatures floated in the dark. Dragons were a thing of the past and present and possibly, a bigger part of her own life in the near future. With a strange voice in her head and the power of control nature itself, Primrose was slowly enticed into taking a longer route into the depth of the strange world. However, Primrose's priorities were harder to break than a diamond. Her wish to go back home brought her to the infamously cold and distant regent of the empire before whom she found herself to be helpless. A marriage contract with mutual benefits got Primrose questioning what exactly were the regent's intentions? A plethora of secrets and a garden of thorns were buried in the depths of the royal palace. A family which was no less than a grand secret in itself.A poison Ivy weaved it's way through the garden to see the daylight under the dark sky. Primrose found herself navigating through those secrets and eventually, the truth of her own life.
