Maya, ran through the thick dense dark forest, in the middle of the night, running as fast as she could stepping in the wet mud and leaves.
She was tired from running so long and fast, her face and body filled with mud, splinters and scratches from the trees, her lungs begged her to stop for a second, but the sounds of howls rang everywhere around the forest letting her know it's them and they are gaining on her.
