But things change the second he was assigned a new case:
To catch the leader of Montana Cartel, one of the notoriously dangerous mafia gangs in their country.
Nobody has ever been able to even get close to figuring out who Happy was. Those who tried failed and those who came close mysteriously died. With the tension high in the office, Peter made a promise to the chief, also known as his Godfather.
