Love is forbidden in this ancient village where there are rumors of a curse by an ancient ruler who's lover betrayed him. It is believed to be a myth but people fear to fall in love. No one wants to be cursed since they don't even know what the curse does to people. Marriages are arranged and one is not allowed to marry one person more than two years to prevent falling in love with them. Children don't know their exact parents. But things change. They always do.
