Seb returned the eyes that looked at him as if he was going to disappear. Guilt was gnawing at him for he knows it was not gonna be just a two day trip. This was his escape. A way for them to part without the other having to feel bad for throwing him away. It was the best option. He thought it was.
"I'm gonna miss you, too." he said, hands rounded on Teddy's neck.
They kissed. It was soft, gentle, unhurried and sensuous. Teddy somehow felt like it was different from their kisses they do before they leave the house for work. He shrugged it off thinking it indeed was different because Seb was leaving with Bran for the latter's trip. Little did he know it was more than that.
It was Seb's goodbye kiss.
