I'm drawn to him... But he's everything I should avoid. If I want to keep him safe, I have to stay away.
Hiding at Lycadale—a rival pack's Alpha Training Academy— disguised as a boy meant no one would find me. Not my pack, not my so called family. Not Maddox, my forced husband. Not the wolf who took everything from me and is hell-bent on destroying me all over again.
My only problem? My dorm mate.
Ryker is the most popular alpha in school, a royal jerk—and my mate. A mate I can't let claim me because that would lead Maddox straight to me. To us. Or worse.
Not that Ryker seems interested, given how he indulges in every she-wolf that crosses his path. I shouldn't care—staying hidden is all that matters. Keeping him safe is all that matters. But how long can I watch my mate break my heart while I sacrifice everything before I finally break too and... risk it all?
I'd never bat for the other team—not just because of my perfect stream of she-wolves who are always at my beck and call, but because the Council would strip me of my alpha title. My pack would lose its prized royal position if they even suspected it.
So when a new student gets placed in my dorm, my world turns upside down. My wolf screams mate, but rejecting him is not an option—not unless I want everyone to know who I've been bonded to.
So, I do the only thing I can. I become an arrogant prick, even going as far as claiming a rival pack's princess as my mate, just to drive Quinn away. My plan works... until I walk in on a crying goddess—my real mate—who's ready to reject me.

Ryker

"He'll totally tank my A game!" I growled, slamming my fist into the nearest tree at the thought of sharing my room—my sacred space, my inner sanctum at Lycadale—with a lowly omega. "What the hell is coach thinking?"

Josh, my best friend and Beta, leaned casually against a tree, arms crossed, ……
