She is definitely spoiled by both her parents and her life is very sheltered but everything changes on her 6th birthday when she changed schools and her mother told her, her father is missing. She got home from school and he definitely was not at home. He had left them her mother told her but she is not so sure about the way this happened and she is questioning what is going on. It was ten years later that she found out her father is the king of the vampires as her grandfather had died after living for a very long time. The truth was he was killed but no one told her anything as she found out the truth after she googled his name.
When she investigates the whole sorded affair her surprise at finding out about her mysterious heritage causes great conflict that could destroy her life as she is an anomaly her family wanted to keep secret...

I have not been successful in expressing my anger towards my father, as I see he seems to be ignoring me. He is just going on with his nonsense about family and what my role is.
I would have been able to get his enthusiasm about this family thing had he stayed at home with mum and me. I hate to spoil his pity party right now……
