This book contains domestic violence. This is a tough subject for a lot of people, myself included, as it unfortunately happens to a lot of women. Domestic violence is easy to get into but very hard and for some, seemingly impossible, to get out of. This book is to inspire strength in everyone. If you are in a bad situation, please don’t give up. Never stop looking for a way out, never be afraid to ask for help, and never doubt yourself. If you know someone who is in a bad relationship don’t give up on them. Emotional a***e can make it extremely hard for someone to realize that it isn’t going to get better, or that they deserve better. Be there for them as much as you can be, be ready to help, be ready to show them their worth. Never let anyone else dim your light. Each and every one of us are amazing and deserve to be celebrated for who we are.
Ophelia has never had much self confidence, always dubbed the weird kid growing up and always feeling like she is just not quite the same as everyone else.
