"There is no way that I will have a weak omega as my mate", his words pierced my heart and I felt a sharp pain in my chest. I wanted to clutch my chest but I couldn't. I didn't want to show him how weak I was. "What are you waiting for then? Reject me and go on in your life", I gave him a challenging look. I could see the hatred for me in his eyes and it was enough for me.
"I, Ruth Wolf, future alpha king of werewolves, reject you, Pearl Spears, an omega, as my mate and my queen", as soon as he finished his words, I felt someone knock up the whole air out of my lungs. I wanted to scream in pain and my wolf, Kara, was whimpering in pain inside my mind. I stayed at my feet in front of him and smiled. "I, Pearl Spears, accepted your rejection and reject you as my mate and my king", I accepted her rejection and suddenly he clutched his chest tightly and looked at me with teary eyes. I smirked and moved back and stormed out of there. I needed to go away from him. I needed to go away from here.

“Nervous?” I asked Pearl while taking her hands in mine. She smiled nervously but nodded in the end. I laughed while taking her in my embrace. My badass mate, who never blinked once in hesitation before killing someone, was nervous because she was going to take her oath ……
