Rawkdam. It was a small island in between Templeslay and Zace. The entire island was a city but one of the most powerful and dangerous at that. Fighting and killing was a given there. Pickpockets, conmen and rigged casinos, that was Rawkdam. The city itself was run by four major gangs, each one trying to get one over on the other. Each one bringing a different kind of chaos to the streets of Rawkdam. The Redwaltzers ruled the factories, the Hallows ruled the military, the Gold Tigers ruled the harbors and the streets were ruled by Joker. Joker was the most dangerous of all. They schemed and pulled off the most dangerous heists imaginable, secretly pulling the strings behind the other gangs and the whole thing was run by one man: Osly Hesler or "King" as he was called.
