Kane London is trouble, when her parents die in a car accident she is sent to Misty Meadows to live with her grandmother. Her life is going nowhere until she meets Moth Jixen, a pale, muscular man with a passion for fire, the towns badboy.
Kane takes an instant liking to Moth and the loner and strange ways he learnt during his years in Misty Meadows.
However, when a string of murders begin, Moth springs to the rescue. Kane begins to notice that Moth may have a wall up around him, but he is kind deep down.
Finally, when the sheriff, Rick Hartley, threatens to come between them, Moth has to act fast. But will they ever find the powerful love that they deserve?

She had five missed calls from Macy, five missed calls from Macy with Veda shouting in the background, and twenty texts from Cliff, Macy and Veda.
Kane dialled Macy’s number and listened to the ring.
