She once said that once she gets her mate, right there and then she will let him mark her with no questions asked. He let out a low growl at being pushed away and the distance I gave us. We locked eyes again and all I could see was mixed emotions… sadness and lust or could be anger but then again he was about to mark me and we all know after marking comes mating so I am going with lust on this one. "Why did you push me away?" he questioned in a low voice. He got out of bed and walked closer to me. I stood my ground and answered firmly "I can't let you mark me as your reputation exceeds my naive side Alpha...and I am not ready and not even sure that I accept you as my mate!"
'What are you saying Zozo… Yes we accept him, he's our true mate and he's super handsome.' Storm yelled through the link. I faced him and saw pain written on his face… It kind of hurt me too seeing him so hurt by my words. His hands turned into fists on his sides.
"I will not let you walk around unmarked, letting other unmated wolves think that you are without a mate…" he said possessively...
