"Thank you so much, Babe, for the wonderful gift." Anthony expressed his delight at learning that I was already pregnant. He was very happy and now we are both expecting our first child.
"I promise you I will love you and take care of you, with our soon-to-be baby." He said it again when he was able to kiss me on the forehead. He took both of my hands and swore that he would love me no matter what happened. Even though we had many children, until our last breath, we were happy together.
I'm having so much fun, and nothing compares to the amount of fun that I feel right now with my husband and with our first pregnancy with our coming baby. When I told him that I was pregnant and we'd finally have our first child after three years of waiting, I knew he'd be excited about it. My joy and gratitude to God because of these blessings and my dreams are now complete, but I was unfathomable of what I felt right now.
I was thinking, what if everything changes one day and both pleasure and happiness change to a different path, will he be able to bear losing me to him? 
Would he accept it? If one day, I suddenly disappeared, it was just because of the deed of our fates. 
Will he be able to move on with his life without me by his side?
I'm so worried about what might happen when I'm gone and I can't be with him anymore. The fear here in my heart will not disappear and the thought that one day everything will happen.
