Focusing on the life of Lady Maud Varnhame – the daughter of the fallen General Alfred Varnhame who brought great pride to their country – wanted to gain access in the Palace to investigate the circumstances surrounding her mother's death.
Once she got the chance to enter the palace, she made sure to gain the King and Princes attention. She succeeded and was invited to a marriage date with the second Prince Luke Langeton.
However, when she thought things are going her way, Sir Reed Slyfield – the royal aide of Prince Luke – warned her to walk away and not to look in the past.
And when things gets out of hand, she will be saved by one.
Trying not to give in to her growing emotions, Lady Maud shoves them deep down inside in order to focus on her purpose, but after circumstances, she realizes she can't control her heart.

I returned to the mansion with a sense of relief, knowing that the children were safe and sound. I should not have to worry about them, especially since Reed takes care of them occasionally.
But my plan didn't work out at all. Now I can't talk to Madame Muriel, so what else can I do? It's just another dead end.
