The shadows followed my every move as I backed into the wall. The shadow started to take form in front of me. A Man, pale white and with bat like wings and piercing eyes closed in on me.
I couldn't move...I couldn't breath
"Lovely, you have no need to be scared." His cold pale hand snaked across my cheek. My body shuddered at his touch, I shouldn't feel this way...it's wrong. This man, who ever he was sang to my very soul and it frightened me beyond belief.
"Who are you?" I managed to asked him. His lips curved into a dangerous smile.
"Don't you remember me love? We shared the night sky together..."
I narrowed my eyes at him. Something told me I did know him, my gut fluttered at the thought of this man in front of me.
"Who are you?"
His smile turned into a thin white line. "I've been asleep for a millennia." He caressed my cheek again. "You seem to have taken on a new name my love."
"Stop that." I demanded, he chuckled.
"Still the same soul...tell me-" He leaned into me, pressing his body against me. "How much have you ached for my touch, Selene.
Once he spoke her name, a bright light flashed from my eyes, showing me a life I never knew I had lived and a love I never knew I'd had for this man.
