“…he suffered from a natural infertility condition caused by his genetic makeup. It was something inherited, not an illness he acquired.
His reproductive organs were perfectly healthy, but the structure of his body carried a substance known as HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigen). Doctors explained to him that not every woman could bear him a child, only one out of thousands would be compatible with his immune system well enough to conceive.
