A group of a graduating nursing students from one of the top 4 University in the Philippines are planning to have an outing in an isolated but remarkably beautiful island beach resort somewhere in Pangasinan... upon their arrival at the PANTALAN, unexpected things happened. Tidal waves and countless surge was seen on the surface of the vast ocean which scares some of the member of Friends Club and suggested to find another safer place to go. But Felmer one of the organizers of the said outing was insistent and persuaded them not to be afraid since it is just normal in those places to have such kind of waves and water surges. Unavoidable arguments arise but with the interference of the motor boat operator as their only means of transporting them in the island that they should make their urgent vote before the nightfall comes,then they immediately decided.Majority of the friends club member is in favor with Felmer...But their first night in the beautiful island beach resort was troubled by the incident... one of them is missing... searching around the beach was inevitable but they never found the body...instead of reporting the incident to the local authority some of them suggest that they should kept it secret for some vague reason... Years later... all of them received an invitation letter from one of their colleague inviting them for his wedding shower and everyone was so excited... but their excitement was vanished in thin air when the supposed occasion was not actually a wedding shower but their colleague's funeral... that same night at the funeral,one of them are reportedly missing which led the investigation by the police authority. All of them was questioned... and each of them has one thing in their mind when they realized that the exact date and month of their gatherings was exactly the same with the terrible incident that they hide years ago.Could this be connected in some way? ... after a week... another news came out of their attention, another member of Friends Club was found dead in one of the hospital bed. Panic arise...each week another friends member was eliminated and the remaining member was forcibly admitted their own crime to save themselves in danger.
