It all started with the invitation. The invitation to come back to my former pack, The Grey pack. I should have ignored it, decline it even. But I didn't, I replied, and I went back to the place I had once called my home. The place where I had my first big crush, and an even bigger heartbreak.
Because there is Jason, who is now the Gamma of the Grey pack. The man who I had once loved so badly. The man who had so easily stepped away from me at the time. He was my first love, he was my everything. Until he wasn't anything but a ghost from my past.
And now, coming back to the pack where I know he still lives, I only have one goal... stay as far away from him as I possibly can.
First loves are always the ones that hurt us the most, and the hardest ones to forget as well. The real question is, does Sami really want to forget? Or does she want to find out what really happened all those years ago?

I smiled, looking around the bonfire that the pack was having. It was the last night before our men would leave tomorrow morning. But instead of everybody feeling sad and crying, we were celebrating. Celebrating the Grey pack, celebrating our family, celebrating our friendship, celebrating love. Tomorr……
